McLaren Vale, one of Australia’s oldest wine regions, is consistently recognized as also one of the best. Woodstock Wine Estate is revered for its flagship Shiraz “The Stocks”, planted circa nineteen hundred. To this day, only these old low yielding vines are used for The Stocks.
